R2R Manager

Responsible for the overall process architecture, governance, and metrics covering all record-to-report, banking, fixed assets and share services accounting processing and compliance for the region.

Responsibilities (key activities and decisions for which role is responsible)

 Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes in record-to-report, banking, fixed assets and shared services accounting processes in the region.

Lead the shared services and fixed assets accounting within the region, including process architecture, protocols and mechanics and related governance. 

Ensure delivery of R2R shared service centre activities throughout the region (if applicable). Manage R2R shared service centre quality levels through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance rhythm.

Lead the banking activities processing, audit and compliance activities within the region.
