Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and update milestone tracking across multiple countries to ensure timely operational visibility.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries via email and Teams chat, providing accurate and relevant information.
• Record and validate operational details (e.g., cargo information) to support smooth workflows and compliance requirements.
• Review and verify completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with country operations and internal teams, providing updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
• Safeguard sensitive customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
