Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer

Job Description
Job Scope: -
Responsible for project’s correspondences & documentations and protect company interest at all times.
Responsible for progress claim, variation works and assist in contractual claims.
Assist in tendering and costing preparation.
Assist in Contract Agreements preparation.
Assist in Budget Monitoring.
Responsible for procurement and ensure timely delivery.

Qualification:-
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2 years working experience (s) in construction industry.
Self-orientated and able to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Willingly to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Working location at Puchong Selangor.
