Quantity Surveyor with ID and Architecture

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Interior Design and Architecture project experience to manage costing, tendering and contract administration for commercial, residential and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

. Prepare cost estimation, budgeting and tender documents

. Conduct quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)

. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

. Monitor project costs and variations throughout project execution

. Prepare progress claims, payment certifications and final accounts

. Liaise closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and clients

. Review contract documents and ensure compliance with project specifications

. Assist project team in cost control and value engineering

. Attend site meetings and monitor project progress
