* Salary: £46,887 per annum + £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance

* Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in social housing repairs, maintenance, planned works, voids, or asset investment programmes. This client-side role requires strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SORs), contractor valuations, payment assessments, variations, final accounts, and cost control. Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring value for money, contractual compliance, and high-quality service delivery across property services contracts.
