• Perform taking off and measurement of quantities
• Source, review and negotiation of quotations
• Work closely and liaise with both internal colleagues and external project stakeholders
• Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters
• Manage, preparation, submission and liaise with clients/consultants on the evaluation of monthly progress claims / variation claims including final account
• Manage, evaluate and preparation of subcontractors’ claim and payments including final accounts
• Assist in quotation and tender preparation

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
