Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in landed residential construction , preferably familiar with Design & Build projects .

• Manage project costing from tender stage through construction to final account .
• Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing, BOQ and tender documentation.
• Review Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings to ensure all necessary works are properly captured and priced.
• Identify missing scope, discrepancies, cost risks and potential variations during tender and construction stages.
• Source quotations and manage subcontractor/supplier tendering and procurement .
• Prepare tender comparisons and negotiate subcontractor/supplier quotations.
• Familiar with Design & Build arrangements , including managing cost implications arising from design development.
