Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, specification, drawings and contractual conditions. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, detailed cost breakdown, including sourcing quotations, evaluating quotations and preparing procurement recommendations. Prepare sub-contracts documents, ensuring alignment with project requirement. Perform measurement and valuation of work done, including progress claims, variations and settlement of final account with sub-contractors. Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable. Maintain proper documentation, records, and contractual registers. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on LTA projects.
