Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts and subcontract works.
- Support project team on contract administration, variation orders and extension of time (EOT submissions)
- Carry out quantity taking off for structural, architectural and External works and prepared detailed cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications and requirements
- To assist in procurement. Source quotation and prepare comparison evaluation
- Liaise with consultants and seek clarifications on contract scope and variation works
- Prepare Project Budget for close monitoring with accounts and project team
- Track material quantity against project budget cost
- Verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers
- Settlement of final account with client, subcontractors and vendors
- Handle basic cost related administrative tasks and provide supporting documents
