Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate for International (Saudi project) building works.
- Assist the Assistant Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
- Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
- Implement cost control procedures.
- Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
- Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
- Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
- To participate in tendering for new projects.
- Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost estimation.
- Review and analyse cost studies and budget.
- Evaluate tenders from contractors/sub-contractors.
- Appointment of contractors/sub-contractors and prepare letter of award.
