Responsibilities:
- Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
- Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
- Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
- Experience in tender preparation, measurement and estimation for earthwork / civil engineering / A&A projects
- Taking off quantities
- Compile RFQ, Submit the quotation and Submit the relevant documentation
- All other QS related job
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Architecture
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proactive and good communication with Client to meet the deadlines.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SENOKO AREA
