Requirements

• – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• – 4–5 years of UAE experience in post-contract and pre-contract quantity surveying

Roles & Responsibilities

Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

• – Prepare and check quantity take-offs from approved drawings
• – Measure completed work for monthly payment applications and payment certificate submissions to consultants
• – Prepare subcontractor interim payment certificates
• – Verify subcontractor measurements and invoices
• – Assist with project close-out documentation

Pre-Contracts Quantity Surveyor

• – Take off quantities from drawings and specifications
• – Prepare and issue enquiries/RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers
