Must be capable of preparing the monthly final bills of the project independently. Final reconciliation of payments of the project. Final bill submission and certification. Monthly Cost to Complete update and readjustments. Preparation of necessary commercial documents for Company Head Office management review. Obtaining supporting documents such as RFI and drawings for monthly invoice submission and getting the invoices certified by Consultants and Client. Hands-on expertise in monthly invoicing. Knowledge of final billing at project closing stage. UAE driving license.
