Job Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Location: Kaki Bukit, Shun Li Industrial Park
- Salary Range: $3000 - $4000
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project drawings and specifications.
- Perform detailed material and labour take-offs for MEP works, including Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from sub‑contractor & suppliers, and assist with procurement.
- Manage MEP related contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Identify and implement cost‑effective solutions without compromising on quality.
