Quantity Surveyor Manager (Data Center, Construction, M&E)

Job Description

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted works for construction projects
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial targets
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on engineering drawings and project specifications
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates and maintain accurate project cost information throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the full tender process from pre-tender through post-contract stages, starting from prepare tender documentation, evaluate quotations, and perform detailed price comparisons and cost analyses
- Source and evaluate quotations from vendors, suppliers, specialists, and subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and subcontract agreements to achieve competitive project costs
