A leading main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, delivering multiple Commercial Projects around the region. The company is recognised for its structured project delivery, long-standing client relationships and technical excellence across large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and assess multiple quotations from the supply chain for all domestic work packages
- Ensure enquiry documentation is comprehensive and aligned with contractual requirements
- Carry out commercial assessment of subcontractor quotations with the site team
