Ceetech Ltd, part of the RSK Group, are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor based in South East, UK (Suffolk/ Essex). This is a full time, permanent position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration: Review contract conditions, and administer commercial documentation/notices throughout the project.
• Valuation: Manage the application process, and evaluate interim payments.
• Variations & Claims: Identify, price, and negotiate variations or change orders with clients and supply chains.
• Financial Reporting: Undertake monthly cost-value reconciliation (CVR), cash flow tracking, and forecasting.
