Our client, a leading General Contractor who offers full-service construction for residential and commercial projects is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Vancouver BC. This is a hybrid role, working as an Estimator responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for projects, including materials and labour and also getting involved in the early stages in the construction phase, assisting main Project Manager with precurement, project set up, managing subcontractors.
