Our client based in East Rand within the Property Development Industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within the industrial and warehousing property sector. Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience


• Strong industrial / warehousing project experience


• Skilled in project costing, budgeting, and maintenance planning


• Experience managing multiple projects


• Proficient in Candy and Buildsmart


• Relevant QS qualification required
