Job Title : Quantity Surveyor ( Buildings )

Location : Dubai – On Site

Job Type : Full-Time ( 6 Days / Week ) 

Role and Responsibilities :

• To calculate accurately the quantities of the works being carried out on site by the Contractor or Subcontractor . Accurate calculation of quantities and quality control of work performed by a contractor or subcontractor on site.

• To check comprehensively the Monthly Payment Application and to verify the quantities , rates , the percentage of completion and the final amount .

• To compare the quantities being carried out on site with the quantities mentioned in the BOQ .

• To calculate the quantities of all materials being delivered to the site and to ensure the relevant compliance to the specification including the civil , finishing and MEP materials and to ensure the materials ar...
