Quantity Surveyor (Civil Infrastructure) - WCAN

Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and detailed cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tenders. Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs. Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies and requirements. Ensure adherence to LTA/PUB tender specifications, pricing formats, and compliance standards. Develop and submit competitive tender proposals within required deadlines. Conduct post-tender evaluations and provide support during contract negotiations. Assist with variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control throughout project execution as needed.
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. More than 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including involvement in government project tenders. Solid understanding of civil e...
