Quantity Surveyor

This is a standalone role that requires a highly independent professional who can take full ownership of the Quantity Surveying function across multiple commercial and industrial developments. The successful candidate will be involved from feasibility and concept stage through to project completion, ensuring that developments are financially viable, accurately costed, and effectively managed. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies and cost assessments during concept and design development stages. Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets. Compile and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation. Perform detailed material quantity take-offs for medium to large-scale projects.
