We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership across the development lifecycle, driving cost certainty, value creation and successful project outcomes. 

Based from our Altrincham office and overseeing developments across the North West, this is a commercially focused opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple residential developments from procurement through to final account. 

You will bring proven Quantity Surveying experience within residential development, housebuilding, contracting or consultancy, with a strong working knowledge of JCT forms of contract and the ability to manage the commercial delivery of at least three live contracting sites simultaneously.
