Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the pre-contract and tendering functions by accurately calculating quantities from drawings, reviewing specifications, identifying discrepancies, and preparing relevant tender documentation. This role is essential in ensuring that all project cost data is accurate, clear, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quantity Take-Off: Extract and compute quantities from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Ensure quantity data is accurate, well-documented, and updated with drawing revisions, RFI/TA&TCs. Specification Review: Review project specifications thoroughly. Prepare a summary table highlighting key technical and commercial points. Identify and list vendors/subcontractors in line with specified materials and systems.
