Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity take-off, cost planning, contract management, tender evaluation, and construction cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets
- Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications
- Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation
- Monitor project expenses and control construction costs
- Assist in contract administration and variation orders
