• Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients and sub-contractors
• Preparation of payment responses to subcontractors and suppliers

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in local building projects
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good technical knowledge and well-versed in interpretation of drawings
