Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Façade & Curtain Wall)
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities- Review construction drawings and prepare quantity estimates
- Check material costs, maintenance costs, and contract terms to ensure cost effectiveness
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, and other project-related documents
- Provide advice to managers and clients on cost planning and improvement suggestions
- Monitor material usage and arrange replenishment when needed
- Record any design changes and update cost estimates and budgets accordingly
