Working days: Monday - Friday, 8.30 AM - 6 PM

Salary: Basic $4000 to $5000 + performance bonus

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and associated overheads. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tendering & Procurement: Prepare and issue tender documents specific to underground utilities projects, analyze and evaluate tender submissions; negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes tailored to underground utilities construction needs.
