**Job Description Summary**
The Turbine Unit Assembly Technical Leader serves as the manufacturing technical authority for Gas Turbine assembly processes. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership to drive process capability, product quality, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement across the Turbine Unit Assembly value stream. The position is responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class manufacturing methods, leading complex technical problem solving, mentoring technical personnel, and collaborating across Operation, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Teams to ensure safe, efficient, and capable manufacturing processes.
