Your Role

Bilingual Communication & Training: Deliver quality system training, point lessons, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions in both English and Spanish; translate quality  documentation, procedures, work instructions, training materials, and communications between English and Spanish; act as a liaison between management and Spanish speaking employees to ensure quality requirements are effectively communicated and understood; support employee understanding of quality standards, procedures, and compliance expectations across all departments; collaborate with supervisors and department leaders to ensure workforce engagement in quality initiatives.
