**Description:**
You will be the Quality Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Supervising hourly and salaried employees performing product inspections.
+ Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff.
+ Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition.
+ Administering disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
