**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Quality Patient Safety Program Manager Licensed** , you will help the hospital and medical staff to optimize quality management, patient safety, and regulatory performance improvement activities so they can ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence within CommonSpirit Health.

Every day you will coordinate and facilitate performance improvement teams, manage data collection and reporting for regulatory compliance, and present vital insights to hospital leadership. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of accreditation requirements, mentor staff on best practices, and actively participate in creating a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
