Quality Manager

Actalent is looking for a quality manager located in Midlothian, TX!
Job Description:

+ Manage and maintain the site's quality management system system

+ Lead and oversee key quality programs including

+ change management

+ out-of-specification investigations

+ deviations

+ corrective and preventive actions


+ Ensure laboratory safety standard are being upheld

+ Lead a team of 6 laboratory technicians

+ Plan, coordinate, and facilitate customer audits and quality assesments

+ Support internal and external audits

+ Maintain SOPs and controlled quality documentation

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

+ 7 years in chemical, manufacturing, medical device, or pharmacuticals

+ 3 years in a management role

+ Experience in collaboration in quality and operations teams
