Requirements:
Matric A relevant B-Degree (M+3) (Plant pathology, Microbiology, Food Science) at a recognized and SAQA accredited university will be advantageous. Computer literate. 5 or more years integrated exposure. Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry. BRC training and experience. HACCP training and experience. AVCASA will be an advantage.
