Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will be a key member of the Quality department reports to the Quality Director. They will work closely with the project teams, including trade partners, to plan and execute quality work on the job site daily, ensuring materials and installations meet Quality requirements of Hoffman Construction and the project contract documents. To best support Hoffman’s dedication to our people and our teams, this position will be located at the job site where work is being performed, in or around the Boise area fully onsite.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 DOE + Incentives
Essential Responsibilities
+ Implement and manage project specific QA/QC Programs.
+ Review and approve trade contractor QA/QC Programs and method of procedures to ensure alignment with general contractor and client program requirements.
