What You’ll Do

Sets the quality strategies for the facility. Oversees and engages in problem solving efforts, understanding effects of decisions on other areas of the facility. Takes ownership to find solutions to problems. Knows and understands the difference between judgmental, informational and source inspection and ensures they are applied appropriately. Sets strategies for support systems process improvements. Provides direction to team members based on general policies and management guidance. Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect reporting organizational units. Accomplishes results with supervisors, team members, and/or through experienced salaried employees who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments. Functions as an advisor to a unit regarding tasks, projects, and operations.
