The Quality Improvement Nurse Analyst serves as a patient and safety advocate while performing advanced data analysis, comprehensive patient care reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. This non-patient facing role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, organization, and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives.Working closely with the Director of Quality and Safety and the Chief Quality Officer, the Quality Improvement Nurse Analyst leads and supports performance improvement activities aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and proactively identifying patient safety risks.
