Quality & Guest Experience Leader - Luxury Hotels

InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City is seeking a Cluster Director of Quality to lead guest experience and luxury service standards across the four-hotel cluster. You will own the end-to-end guest journey, drive audits, and partner with department heads to translate brand standards into exceptional interactions.

You will act as the subject-matter expert on quality, deliver training with Learning & Development, and guide executive leadership on service excellence.
