Quality Engineering Manager (Cancún)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering leader with a strong background in defining and driving quality strategies across complex technology environments.

The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience leading QA/QE teams, establishing testing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing, with proven experience leading QE teams.
• Strong Expertise in: Functional testing (manual and automated), Non-functional testing (performance, scalability, security, resilience), Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience with GenAI-enabled testing tools or AI-assisted test design/execution.
