Responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality controls for specific areas or company products, ensuring compliance with established quality procedures and norms.
• Monitor and record inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.
• Prepare quality analyses and recommend necessary changes to quality procedures.
• Record and analyze customer claims.
• Prepare reports on rejected or defective products.
• Requires 3 to 5 years of experience.
