Quality Engineer (Product Quality) - Power Transformers

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

At Siemens Energy, our Quality Engineers play a critical role in ensuring that our power transformers meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project teams, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders, at our Charlotte Power Transformers facility, supporting product quality across the full product lifecycle.

You will be actively involved in preventing defects, analyzing quality data, driving structured problem solving, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Your work will directly contribute to product excellence and to Siemens Energy’s mission of advancing the global energy transition.
