Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Improvement

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a Quality Engineer in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. You will analyze quality performance indicators, investigate issues, and drive robust process improvements on manufacturing lines.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, applying QMS with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA, and leading corrective actions with cross‑functional teams to resolve defects and reduce COPQ.
