Job Summary
Act as customer advocate to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations, proactively driving quality improvements and institutionalizing a closed-loop quality system. Identify key risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. Monitor and audit process, product, and system compliance, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, industry standards, and customer requirements in support of Zero Defect initiatives. Provide timely escalation and drive resolution for in-process quality issues to minimize impact to customer and business. Key Responsibilities
