Job Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you'll be part of our Aerospace team working as an on-site employee in Fullerton, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System.
+ Supporting of customer, AS9100, and NADCAP audits
+ Conducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement.
+ Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
+ Developing training documentation for specific processes in compliance with customer and quality requirements.
+ Participating in design reviews, risk management, continuous improvement, approval of routers for new products, contract review, and PPAP activities.
+ Creating and enforcing quality standards, procedures, and policies.
+ Working closely with all departments/functions to develop procedures/work instructions for new processes, identify improvement and training needs, and develop performance goals.
