CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS

• Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications. SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT.
• Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications.
• Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices.
• Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected.

MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS

• Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented.
• Maintain database for internal and external quality.
