Key Responsibilities Observe, maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF1649). Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry certifications, including IATF 16949 and other applicable standards. Manage the annual audit plan for internal, customer, and third‑party certification audits. Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for automotive seat covers and interior component manufacturing operations. Ensure that safety‑critical customer requirements are understood and consistently met across all plants. Promote the implementation of new safety‑critical initiatives and systematically monitor their effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and other quality tools.
