Minimum of 23 years experience in food manufacturing, fruit processing, or warehouse quality control. Knowledge and understanding of the food processing industry. Knowledge of food safety systems, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, or similar standards. Experience working with fresh produce, frozen fruit, purees, or juice concentrates is advantageous. Experience using ERP systems such as Sage and iComply is advantageous. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. FSSC 22000 compliance knowledge and experience.
