Quality Controller (Proof of Delivery)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.

• Ensure PODs are complete, signed, accurate, and compliant.

• Investigate and resolve POD discrepancies.

• Follow up on missing PODs with drivers and transport providers.

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

• Compile POD compliance and exception reports.

• Support customer queries relating to deliveries.

• Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and turnaround times.

• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.

• Liaise with transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and customers.
