Quality Control Team Lead

Your key responsibilities:

• Local management: Supervising, coordinating and leading a team of quality controllers.
• Continuous improvement: Facilitate problem-solving rituals (QRQC type methodology) to quickly address non-conformities.
• Technical validation: Validate production launches (start-ups) after adjustment.
• Production monitoring: Supervise the aesthetic and dimensional control of components during manufacturing.
• Data management: Manage the recording of measurements and statistical monitoring via internal software (SPC/APC tools and ERP quality management).
• Alerting and reporting: Identify recurring deviations and collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to implement corrective actions.
