Quality Control Officer

Job Overview: 

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring products of quality in production, while identifying defects before its release, in addition to the compliance of the HACCP, FSSC, and ISO practices in designated locations.



Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Verify that production is done according to the approved recipes, method of preparation and SOPs set by the Executive Corporate Chef, Head of Production & Quality Control Manager. 

- Day to day physical tests on several stages of the production: semi-finished products and finished products and notify Production Manager, Quality Control Manager for any non-conformity. 

- Ensure shelf-life standards of all products are strictly followed. 

- Responsible of monitoring the production steps, especially the CCPs where corrective action is needed in case of deviation.
